our neighbors are really... uptight. They want every hour of the day to sound like a library... while I can hear the man next door sneeze - so I guess the walls are too thin.

But they get hostile when they think it gets too loud and start banging on their walls as retaliation? Feels like walking on egg-shells.

As much as I love the area and set-up of this place, the neighbors def drove me to not renew for another year.

I highly recommend Elan Memorial Park as a place to live! The staff is incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and willing to go above and beyond even as a potential applicant. The complex itself is beautiful, well taken care of, and very conveniently located.

living at Elon has been an excellent experience for us. We like the unusual room shapes in our apartment and are exceptionally large balcony. Having parking on the same level as the apartment, has been a benefit that was never even in our thoughts when making our selection. The guest parking is somewhat of a challenge, and the excess to the sky lounge is not the best., But the amenities are nice. Nice apartments with best location. Many restaurants nearby and close access to the park. Drivable distance to downtown, museums and many more.
