RATS RATS RATS

Do not move here, there is a huge rat infestation and you can’t walk at night, go to the gym or swimming after dark. They know and do nothing. They act shocked when I sent them video and picture proof of the rats and nothing is being done. They clearly knew about the rats because they’re other reviews dating back to now about the rat problem.. Management is unconcerned

New Tenant Let me just start by saying that from the moment I walked in, I was greeted by Melissa, and she was absolutely kind, patient, and informative. She took the time to explain everything and made the entire process so easy and comfortable.
The prices for such nice apartments were very reasonable and within my budget, and I was also able to take advantage of two great deals! Melissa was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process, and I’m so happy that I was able to get the downstairs… apartment I wanted after taking the tour.
My entire experience was wonderful from beginning to end, and I’m so glad I chose Florence Apartments to be my new home! ????

Shoutout to Melissa!

Melissa was very sweet and helped me get into my place. I moved from Chicago and I’ve been here for 4 months now. Moving from another state can obviously make the moving process harder but she made everything easier for me. She was communicative over phone and email. She was even off the day I moved in but still made sure my apartment packet was waiting for me and had someone assist me as well. it’s been very nice. My neighbors are friendly, there’s larger areas to walk your dogs. And it’s just… quiet all around. They also have mini get togethers and dogs are invited. Very nice place. No rodents.
