I love my apartment but not the complex or how management handles anything that is addressed to them. Weed smell coming from the hallways is ridiculous, securities sleep in their cars no matter who they hire, broken down vehicles in every floor, garage elevators are always broken, pet park shower station still broken, trash everywhere and they think that by hanging signs threatening to look at cameras will scare Tennant, the list goes on and on. Keep sending me reminders on my thoughts on the... property because I'll continue to complain.

I had a really great experience when I went to see the apartment. Everything was clean, organized, and exactly how it was described. The atmosphere made it easy to picture myself living there.

Paola, the person who helped me, was incredibly professional and welcoming. She answered every question clearly, took her time showing me around, and made the whole process feel easy and stress-free. Her professionalism really stood out and made the visit even better.

Overall, it was a smooth and... positive experience.

This is a great community with top notch amenities. The building is home to working professionals and students that attend UH-Downtown. The Management and Maintenance team keep the public areas in great shape! Any maintenance requests are fulfilled quickly and efficiently. Walking distance to three breweries and a two minute drive to downtown makes this location very convenient!

I’ve been living at Hardy Yards Apartments for a while now, and I truly love it here. The location is great — close to everything in downtown Houston but still quiet and peaceful. The building and grounds are always clean, and the amenities are well kept.
