Probably wouldn't refer anyone here . The Rodents, the amenities either being worn out or out of commission is another for the rent price. And the parking is also terrible as well as the communication about leasing and everything else is terrible.

Great so far other then a loud upstairs neighbor. I love the location and it's conveniently has access to all major interstates, restaurants, and other bars.
