The staff at La Maison are all fantastic. In particular, Gabriel the maintenance manager. He has gone above and beyond to help me with all my issues, he's kind and always says hello, he's punctual and just a great person.

La Maison River Oaks is a beautiful apartment community with great amenities, especially for fur parents. The location is great, because it’s near so many good restaurants and the medical center where I work. I love that we have a huge balcony where we can just lounge and enjoy the view. I definitely recommend this complex, and for the price, it’s a steal.

I am pleasantly satisfied with my experience so far at La Maison. It’s a mid rise tucked away in upper Kirby. It’s very close to 3 major grocery stores and 3 bus routes. The area actually feels like a neighborhood compared to other apartments I saw. Very clean and huge 1 BR unit!
