La Maison River Oaks is a beautiful apartment community with great amenities, especially for fur parents. The location is great, because it’s near so many good restaurants and the medical center where I work. I love that we have a huge balcony where we can just lounge and enjoy the view. I definitely recommend this complex, and for the price, it’s a steal.

I am pleasantly satisfied with my experience so far at La Maison. It’s a mid rise tucked away in upper Kirby. It’s very close to 3 major grocery stores and 3 bus routes. The area actually feels like a neighborhood compared to other apartments I saw. Very clean and huge 1 BR unit!

Other than the disorganized mail-room and painful move in experience, this property is great and I am overall enjoying living here so far.

As an 8 year resident, I have always felt safe in my apartment and surroundings. Repairs are done immediately and staff are very polite and friendly. The landscaping is beautiful and well maintained.
