The area is just so beautiful and feels like we are out in the woods. Management is amazing very involved with the residents. 10/10

These apartments are really nice. It’s the management that’s bad. When we moved in we asked for a new refrigerator because we constantly had to defrost the freezer. They told us that all we can do is defrost it. A year later, this was what we still had to do. After Harvey they had been working on the plumbing and exactly 5 times we were left with no hot water over night. It would last up to two days at times. They told us after the second time it wouldn’t happen again. When we would complain... they would tell us they would fix it and then would leave for the day without giving us an update so we were left with out hot water after working all day and wanting a hot shower. They forced the tenants in the bottom apartments out after Harvey even if there wasn’t any damage and gave them 3 days only to get out. Awful management. Read More

Its in a quit area kind of in the woods but not far from everything. Seems to be low crime and nice people. The bad is that the complex is old and cheaply built. I live by myself but my electric bills are very high because of poor insulation. My patio fence is in poor condition . Bad lighting. The fiction and location of plugs and cable hook ups are horrible. Fake wood floor with lumps in it. Lot of trees in area so if you have allergys this would not be good for you.
