Montrose at Buffalo Bayou is the perfect place to call home. Residents are friendly and quiet. The resident events are always nice and well attended. The location and price point is perfect!!

Montrose at Buffalo Bayou is at one of the best locations in Houston. Near to Midtown, downtown, buffalo bayou/allen parkway, river oaks shopping center.
A competent and helpful staff is always ready to help resolve any problem, from apartment maintenance to delivery of groceries, etc. A pleasant, warm place to live.

Unfortunately I would not recommend this place because of the poor maintenance. There’s is always something wrong and not working here.
