NOVEL River Oaks by Crescent Communities

I moved into NOVEL about a month ago and I couldn’t be happier with how smoothly everything went. The team (Stephanie ) was professional, punctual, and handled everything with care.

The apartment itself exceeded my expectations clean, well-maintained, and exactly what I was looking for. I truly appreciated the clear communication and support throughout the entire process.

Highly recommend to anyone looking to make a move without the usual headaches!

3 years living at Novel, since restaurants being added to property with valet, parking is always a issue, valet uses parking not assigned to them, family/friends have trouble finding parking. With the addition as well they have increased air flow in the building, before this I never could hear my air flowing in my apt now it’s loud and obnoxious. I’ve had maintenance come but didn’t address the loud airflow concern.

I've loved living at Novel apartments for two years! Along with the great location, I appreciate the high end finishes in my beautiful space. It's a pleasure to come home every day. The staff is also wonderful, love the gym, the beautiful rooftop pool and fun, frequent resident get togethers. honestly the best apartment experience you could imagine!

I’ve had a very pleasant experience living here. The office staff, security team, and concierge are all truly lovely—friendly, professional, and always willing to help. It makes a big difference to be greeted by such kind and welcoming people each day. The building itself is well located and the overall atmosphere is comfortable and enjoyable. I appreciate the level of service and care the staff provides to residents.
