We have been living here for almost 2 years Ima give them 4 stars because after they lifted the foundations the apartments it was issues with cracking on the wall which they fixed as well as my bedroom & patio doors being uneven and which makes it difficult to close them. Of course even 3 months they have to fix the concrete because its always breaking like some one takes a hammer at night break the same spots over and over again. We got most of our applications replaced because they were old... and when maintenance tried to fix them they made it worse then thats when they replaced them but whenever we do need something fixed they are quick to get it done same day. Management is great Johnny and Mitzy help in anyway they can and are so nice. Where i live its quiet and people mind their business. This apartment aren’t perfect but I highly recommend them

My time here at The Plaza at Westchace has been good. Quiet, I feel safe, maintenance team is great, pest control on pount. Location is great! I would recommend The Plaza at Westchace to friends and family. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because of the amenities. Gym is being upgraded now so that's great! Coffee machine a little dated. The microwave needs to be updated. The pool is beautiful. The children need somewhere to play. Some playground equipment would make this a great... family friendly community.

Love the staff - very helpful and responsive. Apartment is close to grocery stores, mall, downtown. There is a bus outside of the apartment. Swimming pool is very nice and the place feels like you're walking through a garden. Gym is being expanded so a big plus. Would like to have recycling bins and more community events would make this place a five star! :)
