Plaza at Westchase is my first apartment and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. The staff is amazing, maintenance is extremely fast and it's very affordable. The neighborhood is safe and diverse as well.

A year ago, when I came to this apartment complex, I was excited as I read the reviews and it looked nice and well-maintained.
The maintenance team are still the best.
The upkeep of the communal areas has significantly declined.
The driveway is in terrible condition, with numerous potholes that have been neglected for months.
The lawns and green spaces are poorly maintained and look unkempt.
The building entrance is frequently muddy, giving it a dirty and unpleasant appearance. Despite... bringing these concerns to the leasing office several times, they have consistently been ignored.

I recently moved into Plaza at Westchase Apartments, and I absolutely love it here! The apartment is exactly as shown in the pictures and videos—no surprises, just as promised. The amenities are great, and the location is super convenient—close to grocery stores and restaurants. The management team has been amazing, and I truly appreciate Mitzy for being so helpful and supportive throughout the leasing process. It’s been a smooth and pleasant experience all around!
