I've been living at Boulevard Apartment for almost a year now, and overall it's been a great experience. The building is modern and well-maintained, with clean common areas and responsive management. The location is super convenient—close to shops, restaurants, and public transport, which makes daily life much easier. My unit is spacious and gets plenty of natural light, and I especially love the view from the balcony.
Only downside is that parking can be a bit tight, especially on weekends,... and sometimes noise from the street can be noticeable. But all in all, I'd definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and stylish place to live in the city.

The management is great. Always on top of things and very helpful. The maintenance team is fantastic and always there when you need them. The grounds are well kept and the complex is quiet. Nice neighbors.

Friendly staff, friendly community people:)
Inside a community suitable for a walk. Exercise facilities are lagging, but not bad for a treadmill. The swimming pool is also small, but not bad for playing once a month.
