Best place to live minutes from minutes from the Galleria minutes from downtown pizza places bars, restaurants the village is close by so much to shopping and so much to do. There’s a wine bar close by. There is a brewery two streets away a French wine place also on the next street and an art gallery right across the street that has plenty of art events all the time.

So far so good. Everyone in the office is super nice and helpful. Luis and the rest of the maintenance crew are also wonderful. The common areas are always well maintained.

Love the place. Everyone's friendly. Great area. Lots of trees provide shape and keep it cool-ish in the summer. Close to everything, walking distance to museum district and rice village. 10/10
