Love the place. Everyone's friendly. Great area. Lots of trees provide shape and keep it cool-ish in the summer. Close to everything, walking distance to museum district and rice village. 10/10

I really like living here. It’s quiet and peaceful and the neighbors are friendly. The complex is located next to an established residential neighborhood and I like walking through it in the late evening. It is pleasant and I feel safe. It is close to Rice Village where there are lots of restaurants and eateries. It’s also conveniently located near grocery stores like Krogers and HEB. It’s a short drive to the Galleria also. After living here nine months, I am very satisfied.

I've been living at Boulevard Apartment for almost a year now, and overall it's been a great experience. The building is modern and well-maintained, with clean common areas and responsive management. The location is super convenient—close to shops, restaurants, and public transport, which makes daily life much easier. My unit is spacious and gets plenty of natural light, and I especially love the view from the balcony.

Only downside is that parking can be a bit tight, especially on weekends,... and sometimes noise from the street can be noticeable. But all in all, I'd definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and stylish place to live in the city.
