Wonderful and helpful staff. Had a four day stay in their guest suite. Beautifully furnished and great amenities at this location. Definitely will be returning for another stay

The best ever

I love the apartments and the office team. The apartments are in a prime location and the office team makes sure my unit is taken care of. I appreciate Cole for his dedication and passion to helping others and ensuring my transition to my new unit Houston was smooth

I’ve had a great experience living at Flats ! The community is clean, quiet, and well-maintained. I especially want to give a shout-out to Cole in the leasing office. He’s always friendly, helpful, and goes above and beyond to make residents feel welcome and taken care of. Thanks to Cole and the rest of the team for making this a great place to live!
