Highly recommend

I’ve lived at the Flats in West Alabama for more than a year and I love it. The apartments are centric, clean, quiet, and safe. Management is responsive, Cole and Sommer were super helpful through the move in process. I would highly recommend 10/10.

Great Place to Live!

I’ve been living at The Flats at West Alabama for 1 year and have had a really positive experience.

The facilities are well-maintained and the amenities work well. The management team is responsive and helpful whenever I need anything. The staff here genuinely care about the residents and it shows.

Safety has never been an issue—I feel secure here, which is important to me.

Overall, it’s a solid apartment complex with good people running it. I’d recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable... place to live.

Highly recommend

I’ve lived at The Flats on West Alabama for over a year, and it’s been a wonderful experience. The management team is amazing, Sommer knows many residents by name and everyone in the office is friendly.

Maintenance is quick and dependable, and they take great care of the property. They’re always improving things. I notice they have fixed fences, remove any carpet stains in the hallway, and keep the flowerbeds and landscaping looking beautiful. Nothing stays broken for long here and there is... always communication.

The office is always decorated for the seasons—Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas—which makes it feel really homey and special. I also feel very safe here with an on-site security guard, working cameras, and management that’s always paying attention to safety.

They host fun community events and create a friendly, welcoming atmosphere. My neighbors have been great, and it truly feels like home. I couldn’t recommend The Flats on West Alabama more! I have never lived in a better apartment.
