Poor security, deteriorating... (Verified Renter)
Poor security, deteriorating appearance, an upstairs neighbor who uses his apartment as a weightlifting gym and as a result is extremely loud and discourteous (and nothing is done to stop him), and a neighbor down the hall who regularly smokes illegal substances (and nothing is done to stop them).
