He vivido aquí desde el año 2019 hasta el 28 de Febrero 2022, les puedo comentar que aquí se vive muy tranquilo y seguro, viví en el edificio West y el personal de la propiedad fue siempre muy atento, quisiera agradecer a todo el personal con el cual pude tratar las chicas de mantenimiento siempre atentas especialmente la señora Ester y el Sr Otilio, las chicas de administración Korley y Paola siempre muy atentas y dispuestas a ayudar y especialmente quisiera agradecer a la señora Lucy Luna... quien siempre estuvo atenta y dispuesta a ayudar con las necesidades del momento, vivimos la temporada de la helada que llego a Houston y siempre estuvieron atentos y dispuestos a ayudar, mi esposa y yo pasamos el virus encerrados una temporada y siempre hubo consideración por la eventualidad, en realidad mi experiencia aquí en general fue muy grata, les deseo lo mejor del mundo, que siempre tenga ese interés de ayudar y estar pendiente de sus residentes... que Dios les bendiga y les de mucha salud para ustedes y sus familias.

I have lived here for a few months but the experience has been great. All of the access points now are managed by my mobile device, which is great. The staff is awesome and very responsive.
