The location is what makes this place okay, The people are nice, employees are hospitable, and amenities are overall good. Their needs to be major improvements on elevator in lofts and garage, weight room needs to be improved, fix stationary bikes, trash chute, and communication to residents.

I have been living at Lofts for over 2 months. The apartments are amazing, neat and clean and in a very safe and prime location. The leasing office staff is very helpful. The maintenance staff is helpful and always available as well. I love this place.

Yes I have been living in City Centre the Lofts going on 7 years. I like my terrace. I appreciate the prompt response of management. Excellent tenant service.
In the City Centre community over all I feel safe, I like the corporate, business energy throughout the day. It is very motivating. The variety of restaurants is great, good food. Entertainment and shopping is great. It is an excellent sustainable smart city community that I highly recommend living in.
