Excellent Initial Experience!

Excellent, efficient experience in securing a lease and recently moving in.

Shoutout to Brandon, my leasing agent, for having a great attitude and being responsive as well as helpful. He comprehensively answered detailed questions regarding the property, rapidly accommodated a last-minute request to adjust the lease term before move-in and went out of his way to put in a maintenance request on my behalf during move-in regarding a small improvement needed to be made in the unit.

Two concierge... professionals that I have interacted with, Farhan and Jeniah (apologies for potential mispronunciation), have also been diligent and helpful.

The historical context of the building is interesting, the units, amenities and different services offered appear to be great, and I am excited to begin living here.

Consistency!

We've been living here for 10 months. It's been great! We love the amenities, the views, the neighborhood, and the staff! There's been quick responses to maintenance requests. And the staff/concierge has been consistently professional. We love it here!

The amenities are a big selling point, but the overall care of the building and attention to detail is also a factor. The building is very clean and the staff is friendly and helpful.
