Great Mid-rise condos
The Valencia is very well maintained with Management Company office located in building. Located close to TMC/NRG and Metro rail is right next door. Security 24-7 and maintenance staff keeps areas clean 7 days a week. The amenities are 1st Class with plenty of gated 2 level parking under the building.

Perfect location, great residences
Living at the Valencia is perfect for access to Texas Medical Center and Rice University. The light rail stops beside the building, and the TMC busses stop in the commuter parking across the street--residents have easy, fast access to all locations from the Astrodome through to downtown. The common areas are well maintained and used by the residents. The courtyard pool area is beautiful, with gas grills, loungers, and tables/chairs. With a live security person parking is secure and the... building is very safe.
