As the longest existing onsite resident (moved in 2008, while the building was still under construction), and sold my house in Florida , and i'm here full time, i can tell you I am very satisfied!

Really love the new art work...definitely an upgrade and character to building.
I continue to appreciate the staff...especially the way the service technician has the lobby smelling extra fresh every morning when I'm leaving for work.

Terrific building and team of Managers, Maintenance crew, and upkeep in this building. It's clean, everyone is kind, the noise-level in the apartment is the best (meaning the quietest that I've experienced in any building in Houston after renting for 8 years and living in 3 different buildings from this one). Highly recommend!

Great community. The building is modern and quite attractive. We love having a balcony overlooking the courthouse and pool. They are constantly making improvements. Excellent maintenance staff. Lots of amenities and excellent location. We are very glad we moved here!
