Ongoing Auto Theft and Vandalism on the Property
Tiburon Apartments has been a hotbed for ongoing auto theft and vandalism because of the lack of preventive/reactive security measures put in place by the Property Owners and Property Management to at the least try to minimize the ongoing occurrences of auto theft on the property. Residents are being targeted and not feeling safe at all, the entrance gates are always broken, safety patrol for this property is non-existent, and this property continues to show that the residents' best interest and… safety are not being prioritized. I just caution to please be mindful and careful if you are already living on the property and if you are thinking about leasing with Tiburon, please think twice.
