Ivy Point Kingwood is the perfect transitioning point from home to Apartment living.
It offers lovely living and pleasure points. The lifestyle is whatever you wish to make it. You can have complete privacy and quiet or you can be involved in all the lovely events, activities, social events you desire. We care for each other when there are needs within our Residents. Life is carefree and pleasant from the expense and upkeep of a home.

I've been at Ivy Point Kingwood for almost 5 years now and I love living here. The mgr Carolyn and maintenance staff are one reason I stay, but also the people that live here are great to get to know.

When my husband and I decided to let go of living in a big house in our late seventies, we searched for quite some time for the perfect place. Since he was in stage four with cancer, he wanted me to be in a nice and safe place. Ivy Point Kingwood has met all that we had hoped for. I feel extremely safe, and I love my apartment. I am pleased with the location of my unit, square footage, amenities, neighbors-the list goes on and makes me grateful to be able to afford to live here.

I love it here at Ivy Point, Kingwood. I really like my apartment. I am happy to see more activities have been added to the monthly calendar. I have met so many wonderful, friendly people!!
