Ivy Point Kingwood is a beautiful complex and is well maintained. The new painting is very nice and has brightened the hallways considerably. I feel secure here which I consider a huge plus for the complex.

I have been a resident of Ivy Point Kingwood a little over three years. After my husband passed away last year, a smaller unit became available, and the manager made sure I was informed. I love the location, and the apartment is a perfect size for my needs.

The community is well maintained. I like the 10’ ceilings and stainless steel appliances.
I wished the island in the kitchen was usable as dining area. I would have preferred no carpet floors on the second floor.
