I've been at Ivy Point Kingwood for almost 5 years now and I love living here. The mgr Carolyn and maintenance staff are one reason I stay, but also the people that live here are great to get to know.

When my husband and I decided to let go of living in a big house in our late seventies, we searched for quite some time for the perfect place. Since he was in stage four with cancer, he wanted me to be in a nice and safe place. Ivy Point Kingwood has met all that we had hoped for. I feel extremely safe, and I love my apartment. I am pleased with the location of my unit, square footage, amenities, neighbors-the list goes on and makes me grateful to be able to afford to live here.

We have lived at Ivy Point Kingwood for almost two years and love it! The management and maintenance staff are excellent, and the fellow residents are so very interesting and nice. We love the exercise classes and opportunities like the gym and the pool. There are many activities in which to participate as one wishes, and pets are welcome. It's our home now!
