The Oaks Of Kingwood is an apartment community in Kingwood, TX
My Elderly Father enjoyed being a resident of the Oaks for almost 4 years. The entire staff has been amazing the whole time he has lived here, we never worried about Dad, his neighbors and the whole staff were caring and supportive, any maintenance issue where usually fixed the same day.
The price was very affordable for us. He loved his 2 bedroom apartment. Very peaceful and quiet at Oaks of Kingwood, I would recommend to anyone.

Oaks of Kingwood
These places need updating, that is why I am only giving it 4 stars, although I suppose the rent would be substantially more if that were to happen. Having said that, the location is wonderful (very quiet) and the maintenance guys are terrific. I would recommend these places to anyone.

LOVE the oaks
I moved in here a few months ago and from the very start it has been nothing but wonderful. Everyone is friendly but at the same time minds their own business which is nice. The whole complex is quiet & calm, it really feels like living in a community. The ladies in the office are always attentive & kind..if you ever have a question they get back with you so quickly and professionally. It's an extremely safe place to live and the police station is right next door which gives me a feeling of... security. The insides of the apartments are nice & cozy and I've never had a problem with any thing as far as appliances , bugs etc. I recommend this place a thousand times & it was so worth the long wait.
