Love the quietness, every one seems to be very friendly. I was concerned about living on the second floor, but it turned out to be a great choice, I don’t hear noises from my neighbors, so far it have been a pleasant experience.

You guys have gone downhill. As I type this I'm stuck working from home for medical reasons with neighbors I've complained about multiple times blaring music that woke me up. The options I'm presented with are to transfer units or break my lease, both of which come at a cost to me because despite the fact this noise comes into my unit on almost a daily basis, I'm only entitled to quiet during quiet hours because it's (not so) "contained to their units". It's not contained to their units, I hear... it IN MY APARTMENT. I'll suffer through this until it won't be as much of a cost to me and move when my lease is up.

Parking situation sucks. Up keep of the complex is not the best. Retention pond is way over grown and no telling what’s living in it. Management doesn’t care about concerns and blows off issues that come up. Still waiting for manager to address my concerns from over a year ago.
