My experience at Silos Harvest Green has been disappointing. While the maintenance team generally responds in a reasonable amount of time, my overall experience with management has been frustrating due to poor communication, a lack of accountability, and unprofessional interactions. These experiences have led me to decide not to renew my lease. I hope the community takes steps to improve communication, professionalism, and resident relations so that future residents have a better experience.

Internet is very poor!

The internet service is frequently unavailable, despite residents paying an additional $65 per month. This ongoing issue is especially concerning because the apartment thermostats rely on the internet connection. When the internet goes out, residents are unable to properly control the temperature, leaving apartments uncomfortably hot.

In addition, the valet trash service is inconsistent and does not pick up trash on a regular schedule. When trash is collected, the bags are often dragged across… the ground, causing leaks that leave stains and unpleasant residue throughout the property. Even after power washing, these stains can be difficult to remove. These recurring issues negatively affect both the quality of life for residents and the overall appearance of the community.

We understand how frustrating internet connectivity issues can be, especially when they affect your ability to control your… apartment's thermostat. We are actively working with our internet provider to address service interruptions and improve reliability, as we know this is an important amenity for our residents. We do encourage you to submit a ticket directly with Wirestar so that they can address your connectivity concern.
We also appreciate you bringing your concerns about the valet trash service to our attention. Consistent service and maintaining the cleanliness of our community are priorities for us. We are addressing these concerns with our valet trash vendor to improve pickup consistency and ensure proper handling of trash to help prevent leaks and stains throughout the property.
Resident feedback is invaluable in helping us identify areas for improvement.
