Overall, Cortland is a good place to live, although it is somewhat expensive. Some residents are careless and frequently leave trash outside the designated bins. However, the maintenance team does an excellent job, and their efforts to collect the trash and keep the community clean, orderly, and functional are greatly appreciated.

Great place to live—Maintenance is top-notch!

I have been really impressed with my experience at Courtland Avion Shadow Creek. The community is well-kept, but what truly sets this place apart is the incredible maintenance team.

Specifically, I want to give a huge shout-out to Ben. He does an excellent job and is always professional and friendly. Every time I submit a maintenance request, his response time is remarkably fast. He consistently goes above and beyond to make sure things are fixed correctly the first time. It’s a huge relief... knowing that if an issue pops up, Ben will have it handled quickly and efficiently.

If you’re looking for a place where the staff actually cares about the residents, I highly recommend living here!
