Great place to live—Maintenance is top-notch!

I have been really impressed with my experience at Courtland Avion Shadow Creek. The community is well-kept, but what truly sets this place apart is the incredible maintenance team.

Specifically, I want to give a huge shout-out to Ben. He does an excellent job and is always professional and friendly. Every time I submit a maintenance request, his response time is remarkably fast. He consistently goes above and beyond to make sure things are fixed correctly the first time. It’s a huge relief... knowing that if an issue pops up, Ben will have it handled quickly and efficiently.

If you’re looking for a place where the staff actually cares about the residents, I highly recommend living here!

I have lived at Cortland Avion Shadow Creek going on 4 years now. The staff is friendly, professional and welcoming. The maintenance crew is awesome. The grounds are well maintained. The townhouse style apartments with garages are awesome. It’s in a good, safe location. It’s quiet, clean and near good schools. I love it here. I would highly recommend.

Having leased in this area for the last four years, but being new residents to a Cortland complex, I can say my spouse and I are very pleased. From the application process to the approval, the move-in and how things were handled that arose — I don’t have a single complaint about our Cortland experience. Anything that I mentioned, they fixed or addressed it. Our unit is well insulated. Our energy costs are half of what they were at our other apartment and just dusting I can tell you that the HVAC... in this place is so much nicer and better kept. It’s a clean community that is kid friendly, family friendly, and reasonably priced. I would 100% recommend it based on my own personal experience.
