Property is not well maintained, residents do not pick up after their dogs, the gate is constantly open, and the units have no insulation and you can hear your neighbors even with a door sweep.

Property is not well maintained, residents do not pick up after their dogs, the gate is constantly open or broken, and the units have no insulation and you can hear your neighbors even with a door sweep. The management company needs to do a better job to maintain the property.

Overall the complex is an excellent place to stay at. We did our homework before signing a lease and checked over 20 apartment locations before signing with Highbridge.
