Office staff is GREAT! Always helpful and friendly. Maintenance is always quick and my apartment is BEAUTIFUL!

So So

The pool is closed for more than a year. Most of the apartments are infected by the roaches.
Management is very poor and they charge too much when you leave the apartment.

Please don't move in

They have roach problem in most of the apartments and they have old appliances. The main door doesn't most of the days and they keep doing quick fixes to it.

Great place to live

This place is well maintained, and if something needs to be done they take care of it within a day if possible. Pet friendly and plenty of pet stations for clean up, which for the most part everyone takes care of the clean up. It has car ports and garages which are priced fairly nice. It's a gated apartment and the gates stay closed most of the time, you can enter with a clicker or a code. Overall if the price is right, this place would be a good choice. Great staff that can get things takin... care of and close to a lot of areas in the DFW area!
