    Water leaking Leaking water in the apt was first reported on August 7, the day of move in. As of Monday, August 10th and August 11th, water was still leaking and at water started oozing under the carpet. Maintenance had to be called at least 3 times - Friday, Monday and Tuesday. As of today, August 13, water leak has stopped but the room still uninhabitable and there are nails exposed to the bedroom they ripped off the carpet in order to drain or vacuum water out. So those blowers have been… going since August 7th, and thy are still going. Tenant is unable to use the room or assemble bed since room is uninhabitable, almost 7 days after. Also tenant is concerned who will be responsible for the electricity usage or the 2 blowers for fixing issue that basically existed on day 1 on move-in? And when exactly is maintenance going to finally come and turn the blowers off, put carpet back to place. Also, wish they could have sealed or covered the nails on the doorstep when when they ripped the carpet. I appreciate the notification that they replaced the equipment that was causing the issue, but how do I rate this maintenance experience? I feel this could have been detected before I moved in. I understand these things happen but I need to be honest about how I feel and what exactly happened. As I speak or type here, room still not habitable so its not yet window to do honest rating. Let the room be move-in ready, then I can do a better rating. For now my rating is just intermediate, send another email for me to complete the rating once the maintenance requestion job is COMPLETE. Also, I reported that the dish washer is not in good condition. It is rusty rotten inside and door cannot close properly. I think it needs replacement as well. Other than that, I like the place, and look forward to a rewarding living experience.
