Cypress is quiet and tucked away, but close to everything. The apartments are well maintained, updated and the staff is great!

Highly Recommended!
I toured Cypress Apartments while searching for a new place and had a great experience! The community is quiet, clean, and well-maintained, and I was really impressed with the amenities.
Jennifer Self, the property manager, is very knowledgeable and helpful! She took the time to understand what I was looking for and genuinely tried to meet my needs, which made the whole process feel easy and stress-free.
Although I didn’t end up renting due to a new job that took me farther away than expected... , Cypress Apartments was at the top of my list! I would definitely consider them in the future and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great place to live.

I can’t say enough great things about Cypress Apartments in McKinney — especially the manager! From the very beginning, she has been incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful. She truly goes above and beyond to make residents feel valued and heard.
Any time I’ve had a question or needed assistance, she has responded quickly and professionally. She always has a positive attitude and makes the leasing process smooth and stress-free. It’s clear she genuinely cares about the community and works hard... to keep everything running well.
It’s rare to find management that is this attentive and friendly. Because of her leadership, the property feels organized, comfortable, and like a place you’re proud to call home. If you’re looking for an apartment with amazing management, Cypress is the place to be. Highly recommend — 5 stars all the way! ?

Love this complex!
The community is clean, quiet, and well maintained, and the staff has always been friendly and responsive whenever I’ve needed anything. Maintenance requests are handled quickly, and the grounds are kept looking nice year-round.
I also appreciate how safe and welcoming the environment feels — it really makes this place feel like home. The amenities are well cared for, and the location is super convenient for everything I need.
Overall, I’m very happy here and would definitely recommend this... apartment community to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-managed place to live. Jennifer especially is so helpful and kind!
