Ants and leaky balcony doors, dog accessible I frequently get ants in my apartment, balcony door leaks water when it rains, North building on the west side has to take dogs out and around to the east side to use the dog area, the common area on the west side is apparently not “dog friendly” with a risk of being punished with fines

Off to a great start! We just moved into the Lofts, and we are so happy with our decision! The apartment is beautiful, super spacious for a 3-bedroom, and the location is just perfect, close to everything we need. Thanks again to Cade and Alan for all of your help during our transition from out of state to Texas and throughout the move-in process.

South building Location great, but our elevators always down and out trash shut ot of service so tenets leave the trash outside the trash door and we have to walk by that every time we go to the elevators. The dog area is left with all the dog poops because tenents dont clean up and some dog owners let their dogs pee and poop in the elevator and don’t go back to clean it. Staff is always friendly tho. Can’t complain about that.

Only two critiques Its two critiques in one sentence monitor and clean the public stairways. Homeless individuals and random commercial visitors use them and are not necessary woried about sanitation. It reflects poorly on what is a great community. Its probably better cooperation with the commercial management company. Also not a critique would love to get instructions on how to operate the firepit in the Clubhouse.
