Location is great

Love the neighborhood and so easy to commute to work. My apartment is very spacious big floorplans are hard to come by

Century Sienna renamed Sync at Sienna

These apartments had a bad reputation prior to being renamed. That bad reputation still exist still the same problems they just changed the name. They will try to erase and have negative complaints removed. Don’t move here!!! Not luxury at all.

Outdated and lots of bugs

No parking, lots of bugs, slow responses to pest control and maintenance. Way too high of a rent price for the outdated apartment that hasn’t been kept up with. Shower is falling apart, and needs all type of maintenance all the way around.

Noise

The apartments are clean and well kept somewhat compared to others. But the noise from neighbors is HORRIBLE!!! You can here everything all through the day and night . Courtesy office must doesn't work here. Office staff acts like they care but nothing is done . I can't wait to move !

Low Office Staff Aggressive People

I went in to look at apartments I sat in the office over 10 minutes while other people where also coming in. The lady working in the office finally came in with a man. A person that looked to live there took over and started demanding keys and being very aggressive and threatening to the lady working in the office. I requested to speak with a manager and was told she was the only person there. She did offer the manager's information. I left realizing with the lack of office support and the... behavior of the people living there this would not be a Safe place for me and my daughter to live. This property is too nice not to have better screening for the people they allow to live there and more people working in the office on the weekend.
