After leasing at The Pointe for 9 months, I’ve been very happy with my decision. Management really cares about its residents and the property upkeep. With all the amenities and apartment unit upgrades, I’m proud to have company in my home.

I've lived here for 5 years now, and I still give the Office Staff, Maintenance Staff, and Ground Keeping an A rating. My family and I love this community and we feel safe.

I made a call that the ac was not working. I got fixed the same day. I am very satisfied with living here at the pointe at valley ranch.

I have resided at The Pointe @ Valley Ranch Town Center since April 1, 2025. I moved from a 13-acre farm to this location. The staff at the Pointe is a wonderful group of friendly and attentive people, which has made my move a rewarding experieence. I watch how they interact with the residents and I can tell their main priorities are the comfort, safety and complete satisfaction of their tenants, and they do it with smiles. Kudos to the management and staff for making this such a satisfying... and fun place to live.

Halfway through my first year at The Pointe, and I’m very happy I chose this complex! The office staff always have a smile and are willing to help sort out any questions/issues.
The Pointe is very well appointed with nearly sound-proof windows, upgraded appliances and open floor plans which makes my place feel more like a home than an apartment!
