Free parking is available with space for 2 cars in the garage and 2 in the driveway. We welcome house-trained pets with a non-refundable pet fee of $150 per pet, with a maximum of 2 pets per stay. An additional nightly rate applies for more than 6 guests, with a $29/night fee for each extra guest. Please note that our spa heating element and jets are inoperable.

Smoking of any type is not allowed, with violations subject to a $450 fine plus the cost to clean, deodorize, and repair damages. Check-in is at 4pm and checkout is at 10am. No parties or events are allowed. Pets should be discussed in advance; we only allow house-trained pets and ask to make sure they keep off beds and furniture. Pet cleaning fees apply. Full disclosure policy for numbers of people on the property at any time with security camera verification to comply with local laws and booking platform policies. Rest assured, no cameras are in any inside private areas, respecting the privacy of our guests. Small low-key gatherings are allowed only upon request and approval in advance.
