My wife and I are completing our 3rd Year of living here at Larkspur and overall the experience has been very pleasant. We love the feeling of being safe and well cared for. The facility is well maintained and the Staff is always very professional and kind. Also, the location is great, in that we have easy access to shopping and any other services needed.

I like living at Larkspur for the most part. The people are cordial. It seems to be family oriented. I enjoy the food on fridays. However they have run out before. You should always have more than less for everyone. The overall I think is a great place to live

Same answer for 4 years . The grounds maintenance is horrible. Why do you think people give up their payment free homesbto live where theybare promised all maintenance is included.

When I moved in my cottage on June1,2021 I felt I would be here the rest of my life. Since that time I am very disappointed in upkeep of property. I am presently looking for somewhere else to move to.
