When I first moved in, I was shouting great raves to all about this place. But nothing is the same, many changes not for the better, reduction in amenities…..it’s very sad. This place had no competition and now, it’s in decline. What has happened???????

I believe Larkspur is in a great area and has potential, which is why I recently referred a friend who got as far as signing a lease and being assigned an apparent. However, she backed out once she finally got to see the apartment based on the condition, the carpet, and the value vs price and unit size.
