Deposit required: $2,000 for good credit applicants (Additional pet deposit is required for those with small pet, only small pet allowed).

Appliance: Washer/Dryer/Refrigerator/Water-heater/Dishwasher/electric range.

Air-conditioner: Trane

Garage: It comes with a large one-car garage.

Electricity: It is with electricity only, no GAS.

Water: Free. (paid by me already in my monthly HOA fee). However, if you use hot water, you pay for the usage of electricity.

There is a swimming pool and club house for condo residents/tenants. It is in walking distance to Bus Station (connect to UTD bus 883), Medical City of Plano, Movie 10, Aldi, Z Tao, Trader Joe, Walmart, Target, Market Street, Costco, Chase Bank, Bank of America, Haggard Library and many other stores/restaurants nearby.
