Second time writting since the site took it down for not "meeting community guidlines"

Dimensons are wrong than what's advertised, trying to measure out what furniture fits but is' off, so i measured it myself and it's off.

It's loud at night with bikes and catless cars/trucks going down the street, too expensive for having to be awaken at 3am from a terrible sounding catless V8 truck. Definetly affects the price of the area.

hate the gate opens from an app, walk to throw trash in the... dumpster is troublesome, but a decent place to live compared to what i seen

Excellent service from Toni thru the entire application and move in process. Home is beautiful and I would recommend highly to anyone. 5 star service!

Don't live here unless you want your car broken into ALL the time, I've only lived here for 5 months and I've had to get the police involved numerous different times for our car being broken into, it just overall doesn't feel safe here. Place looks great on the outside, but as soon as you step in its a different story. Just do yourself a favor and take your money as far away from this place as possible. I was looking for a place to rent for my daughter and myself, someone told me about this place so I decided to come, when I came I met the maintenance on ground and they we're very professional and helpful, letting me know that this would be a great place for us, my car was down at the time and he let me know that Dart Transit Station was close and that it was a bus that would drop me walking distant to the apartment I thought that would be perfect until I get my car out of the shop, he directed... me to the office and when I came in the atmosphere changed the management was unfriendly and they we're talking as if I couldn't afford the apartment, they we're unprofessional and not interested and I felt as if they felt that I was wasting their time, maybe they need to take lessons from the maintenance in how to greet your customers, or maybe they need to get from behind their desk and get into some classes on how to treat your clients, you never know who you might be talking to, your first impression should be your best impression is what I was taught. I just recently moved to Plano Park Townhomes and I absolutely love it. The staff seem to be very friendly and informative. I have never lived in an apartment where it so peaceful outside both night and day. My apartment has been upgraded with all new appliances and my rooms are extremely spacious. I'm located in a great area,everything I need with in a few miles. I am so happy I decided to move here.
