My wife and I lived at Prairie Creek before moving to Florida several years ago. When I retired and we moved back to Texas to be near family, we made it a priority to return to Prairie Creek. We have been totally satisfied with the new management team and the upgraded facilities. I especially like the proximity to major transportation hubs, bike and nature trails, and workout facilities. We would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a safe, convenient, and friendly community.

This community feels like home!! The Office Management Team is exceptional---the office staff is friendly and available to help....the maintenance team is the best of the best. The community is clean...landscaping is beautiful....dog park is nice....gym is great.....the pool areas are clean and really nice to enjoy on summer days or even evenings to relax. I feel at home here!!! If you are looking for a great place you should come by and tour this one!!!

Cortland is a great community the only issue I have is they are very expensive compared to right down the road where it’s 700$ a month cheaper
