The Trestles Apartments

Poor responses with lack of follow-through. Multiple emails are needed to get a hold of someone and people working in office always seem to be oblivious with lack of any ownership.

Avoid this property if you value honesty, professionalism, and ethical management.

We paid an application fee and deposit for a specific apartment after being told it was available. Only after our payment was accepted were we informed that the apartment was no longer available. Instead of refunding the money we paid for an apartment they couldn’t provide, the property manager, Meggan, refused to return our fees.

Meggan told us our fees would not be refunded because we had looked at other... apartments. Looking at other units is not the same as applying for or agreeing to rent one. We never signed a lease or submitted an application for any other apartment, so this explanation made no sense and felt completely unfair.

What made this experience even more upsetting was that I was heavily pregnant throughout the entire process. Meggan knew we were trying to secure a home before our baby arrived, yet we were still treated with a complete lack of compassion, professionalism, and accountability. Instead of helping us resolve the situation, we were left stressed during what should have been an exciting time for our growing family.

We made multiple attempts to resolve the issue with both the leasing office and corporate but received no response. The only money we recovered was through a credit card dispute not because the property or management took responsibility. We never recovered the remaining $75 from a money order.

This was one of the most frustrating rental experiences we’ve ever had. We felt misled, ignored, and treated unfairly from start to finish. I strongly encourage anyone considering this property to get every promise in writing and think very carefully before paying any application fees or deposits. Excellence on time work.

The maintenance is horrible huge problem with roaches complained numerous times would not recommend this complex to anyone!!!!!!!!

I've been a resident at Trestles for 3 months now and I couldn't be happier with my decision to move here. The apartments are beautiful, well-maintained, and truly feel like home.

But what really made the difference was Christina. She went above and beyond to help me get into my apartment and made what can be a stressful process feel completely smooth and easy. She was patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about making sure I had everything I needed. I never felt like just another... applicant — she treated me like a person every step of the way.
