Waterstone Place Apartments is an apartment community in Stafford, TX
Upon move in at Waterstone I discovered there were roaches, and I immediately called the office. I was told that the exterminator had just left and they would see when they can get them back out. I called and emailed the office and management for 4 days about canceling the lease and receiving a refund. The final response from the manager was that they could do it as a 30 day cancellation and I wouldn’t get my $1657 back. Mind you I haven’t stayed one night at this place. This place is very money... hungry and they don’t care about the health of the residents.

Terrible office and management
All I can say is I cannot wait to be moved out from this place - the worst place I’ve lived thus far. This is all because of the front office and management. If you’re looking for a place that does not care and only helps if you’re one of the favorites or friends, please do not move here. A great place to live as a renter starts with the management and front office and I’ve never come across a ruder team of staff of apartment renting.

foundation and night activity.
The floor level is way off doors will not shut. to much shooting at night between Stafford oaks and the three streets across from it. We had to move!

Terrible!!
People drive in and out recklessly the maintenance take forever to accommodate you the floors are terrible and literally sinking they care more about people having pets the fixing up apartments

New Tenent Review
I decided I wanted to be apart of the Waterstone Community because of the great customer service I received on the first day I visited the property. The manager, Kelly Andrews was working alone that day and even though it was obvious there were many tasks that demanded her attention, she managed to deliver outstanding customer service. She listened attentively while I explained why I was looking to move and the emenities that I needed to make my living space complete. As we toured the... property she pointed out even the smallest of details and had she not; I would have totally missed them all together. When we got to the unit that I now live in she didn't rush me in and out. She allowed me to ask questions and made suggestions of things that could be done to make the space more personalized. Since joining the community, I have expressed concerns and made maintenance requests and each time that I have corresponded with Kelly I have gotten the exact same outstanding customer service that I received the first day I visited the property. I would recommend the property to friends and I personally invite anyone currently seeking a new place to call home to come and visit Waterstone Place.
