Always clean. Management is very professional. It's a good thing. Maintenance is always there when you need them. The most their response time is quick, parking area is fair very quiet at night

Avana Greystar is a very comfortable place for the families.Location wise it's very convenient.Staff members are good and cordial.Overall it's clean compare to other places.

If you have any issues in the apartment and request maintenance, the staff only provides temporary fixes. They are always in a hurry and do not properly resolve the problems. No one is available to handle your concerns in a professional way.

Nice place but wish theses on going maintenance issues would be taken care of. Never promise a tenant something then tell them something different after move in. Key fobs. Overall an ok place to live.
