Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am. Guests must be 25 years or older to book the apartment, and children must always be under adult supervision. Smoking or vaping is prohibited in the apartment or on complex property, with a minimum fine of $500 per occurrence. Pets are not allowed unless explicitly agreed upon, with a minimum $200 fine. Check-in is at 4 pm and check-out is at 10 am, with a $50 charge for late check-out in hourly increments. Lost key fob incurs a $150 fee, and a lost parking pass is $250. Damage to linens or towels has a minimum fee of $30, and damage due to bodily waste has a $100 minimum additional cleaning charge. Entertaining up to 2 guests is allowed, but no parties are permitted, with a minimum fine of $1000 for unapproved parties. All overnight guests must be included in the booking, with a $100 fine per unregistered guest. Resident amenities may be unavailable due to maintenance or other reasons, and guests are not entitled to refunds based on their availability. The apartment management may enter the property for urgent maintenance or safety issues, but will seek permission from the guest otherwise.
