Housekeeping is available during your stay with options for daily, weekly, bi-monthly, and monthly cleanings depending on your needs. The Central City neighborhood is close to downtown but just far enough to be quiet. The building is next to the TRAX Red-Line, a four-minute walk to the station, providing easy access to the University of Utah, the stadium, and the airport. It's only 15 minutes from Salt Lake City International Airport, 6 minutes to the Salt Palace Convention Center, Temple Square, and City Creek Mall, and less than 40 minutes to all the ski resorts in Salt Lake City and Park City.
Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am. You must be 25 years or older to book the apartment, and a photo ID is required for each guest. No smoking or vaping is allowed anywhere in the apartment or on complex property, with a minimum fine of $500 per occurrence. No pets are allowed unless explicitly agreed upon, with a minimum $200 fine. Check-in time is 4 pm, and check-out time is 10 am. Guests that do not check out on time may be charged $50 in hourly increments. You are welcome to entertain up to 2 guests, but no parties are allowed. If you have an unapproved party, there is a minimum fine of $1000. All overnight guests must be included in the booking, with a $100 fine per person for any unregistered guest staying overnight. Resident amenities such as the pool, gym, and common areas may be unavailable due to maintenance or other reasons at the discretion of apartment management. The apartment management may enter the property for urgent maintenance or safety issues.
The apartment is equipped with high-speed Wi-Fi, making it remote work-friendly. A laptop computer is not included.
