Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am. You must be 25 years or older to book the apartment, and a photo ID is required for each guest. No smoking or vaping is allowed anywhere in the apartment or on complex property, with a minimum fine of $500 per occurrence. No pets are allowed unless explicitly agreed upon, with a minimum $200 fine. Check-in time is 4 pm, and check-out time is 10 am. Guests that do not check out on time may be charged $50 in hourly increments. You are welcome to entertain up to 2 guests, but no parties are allowed. If you have an unapproved party, there is a minimum fine of $1000. All overnight guests must be included in the booking, with a $100 fine per person for any unregistered guest staying overnight.
