2 Years, No Fixes

I am nearing the end of my 2 year lease here. The one compliment I can give is that the Landlady is a friendly person to talk with one on one, but when it comes to needing anything on the apartment: Don't take her word for it. Ask for a form for work orders, keep copies of all written agreements, and be prepared to need to constantly remind them when repairs need to be made. Otherwise you'll end up like me with a broken dishwasher that is still needing to be fixed after 3 work orders and 1.5... years of doing dishes by hand.

Also be aware there is black mold in the walls, and the electric wiring is really weird. We have multiple lights that won't work at all and another few which are temperamental about working.

And it's super against the rules to fix anything yourself.
