**UPDATE – September 11, 2026:** We are finally leaving this place! We were allowed to break our lease without additional penalties. What a relief!

We have lived here since 2018, and unfortunately, this property has declined dramatically. What was once a welcoming and well-managed community has become stressful, poorly maintained, and, in our experience, increasingly unsafe.

On August 21, 2026, several firefighters came to the building. A resident told me that a fire alarm device in his unit… began smoking and caught fire. We have also witnessed individuals walking through the building and garages at night and on weekends checking for potential fires and water leaks. These circumstances have raised serious concerns about the condition and reliability of the building's safety systems.

The three elevators are another major problem. Two are frequently out of service, while the remaining elevator is often occupied by construction workers. Construction has also resulted in dust, debris, noise, and mess throughout common areas, including activity during weekends and outside normal hours.

The leasing office has been extremely disappointing. Complaints often go unanswered, and our attempts to contact management by email, phone, and the resident app have frequently resulted in no response.

The property also promotes amenities that, in our experience, have not always lived up to expectations. Gym equipment has been unreliable, some common areas are poorly lit, and residents are required to pay for the property's internet service even if they already have another provider.

When we moved here in 2018, this place was completely different. There was a concierge greeting residents, security cameras were monitored, and the atmosphere was welcoming. Unfortunately, we have watched the property decline significantly over the years.

If you are considering moving here, **do your research first.** Visit the property at different times, read recent reviews, talk to current residents, and ask detailed questions about construction, elevators, safety systems, maintenance, amenities, security, and internet requirements.

Do not be persuaded solely by free months or other move-in incentives. We have spoken with newer residents who were already experiencing problems shortly after moving in.
