This place had the potential to be a nice place to live but I'll never know. I signed a lease to live here, put a deposit down, and paid all the fees (over $600). Approximately three weeks before my move in date, they informed me that the apartment I was going to move into was no longer available because the person that was currently living there decided to stay. Instead of kicking that person out, even though they had already given notice and I had signed a lease, they let them stay and... informed me that there were no other apartments available with the same plan or similar pricing so I requested a refund but it took several back and forth emails with the leasing office and several weeks before I could get all of my money back. As a car owner, I advise prospective residents to consider their options carefully before committing to this apartment complex. My experience with the parking facilities has been less than satisfactory. Firstly, the garage door is notoriously unreliable and has been out of service for extended periods, notably up to two weeks at a time. Additionally, security is a concern; a neighboring vehicle was stripped of its wheels right next to mine.

Moreover, the apartment’s partnership with A1 towing... services has been frustrating. Despite paying a monthly parking fee of $80, I was charged a $180 towing fee because I inadvertently failed to display my parking tag overnight. This occurred even though my car’s make, color, license plate, and model are fully registered with the leasing office.
In summary, while the apartment may have its merits, car owners might find the parking arrangements and policies inconvenient and expensive. Read More
