Comfortable living with a prime location

I’ve had a very good experience living at Bell at Courthouse. The location is hard to beat, the apartments are well kept, and the building is generally maintained to a high standard.

The maintenance team has been reliable and responsive. Joel in particular stands out for his professionalism and the quality of his work. Rolando and David have also been helpful when needed. The leasing office staff, including Afrah and Mike, are friendly and easy to work with.

Rent is on the higher side and… there are occasional minor issues, but management handles things professionally and follows up when needed. Overall, it’s been a solid place to live and I’d recommend it.

Living experience.

I’ve had a great experience living here. The management team is truly outstanding responsive, professional, and always willing to help. The location is unbeatable, right in Courthouse with easy access to the metro, shops, and grocery stores in Clarendon, and just minutes from Georgetown, DC.

The building offers excellent amenities including a well-equipped gym, pool, conference room, and a great party space. Overall, it’s a very comfortable and convenient place to live. Highly recommend!

Office closed at scheduled appointment time

Booked an appointment on-line - made mistake of providing phone and e-mail. After a bombardment of 20 e-mails and texts over a few days (from two different phone numbers) reminding me of the appointment time, I arrived at the building at appointment time and the leasing office was closed; waited half an hour and left, The "Cal" you will be in contact with over e-mail is an AI bot.

Feels like home!

The Bell is an incredibly well managed property - kudos to the entire leasing team for always being responsive and accommodating. The maintenance team are so efficient and are able to fix any issues immediately. I’ve lived at the Bell for nearly 2 years and have never once experienced any issues. All of the floor plans are spacious and thoughtfully designed. I highly recommend for anyone moving to the Arlington area!
