Unbeatable location. My apt. has two balconies, great views, great sunlight, and a solid feel with granite and appliances, etc. Somehow, hot water comes out of the tap almost immediately!

Great location, close to Metro, shopping and restaurants, The management and the maintenance group are really responsive and go above and beyond. The cleaning personnel keeps the common areas sparkling clean and nicely scented;)

Perfect location. Safe neighborhood. Close to everything, great eatery, international choices of food, grocery stores, public schools in walking distance. Georgetown is just 15 min walk.
