Do not move into this apartment complex unless you want to live across from a middle school and next to a park that is covered in litter and filled with actual rats. Something is always broken or under repair for the building. If you need to get in touch with someone - good luck. No flexibility on rent monthly duration or pricing. NOT worth the price. Terrible.

Patrick was such a great help. I'm not from the area and had a lot of questions and concerns and he was so patient helping me get answers I felt really good about the building and he really make the process feel easy.

I've enjoyed my experience living here. Everyone from leasing office to front desk has been great. The community is beautiful, hence why I renewed to stay here. My partner and I are overall very happy with everything.

The cortland team loves to punish residents who don't deserve it. The management team such as resident services as a whole (not the leasing office) is selfish, unempathetic and could care less if residents suffer. Resident services lack any emotional intelligence for residents suffering. I have lived here for nearly 4 years and this is the worst team I have seen.
