I really hope maintenance service request process becomes better - I reached out multiple times and had to wait over a week until my problem got looked at. Even after it was looked at, it's still having the same problem.

Five star service
I had a great experience with the property manager Ronald, truly five-star service. I love the amenities and how everything is convenient and walking distance. The views are breathtaking. I was sold just by the service Ronald provided, he was professional, incredibly nice, and went out of his way to be thoughtful and responsive. This process was smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend!

Current resident and renewing my lease
This building is in such a great location. I’m so happy to be in walking distance of everything I need. And for a dog friendly neighborhood it’s pretty clean as well. Overall, management and maintenance are very responsive.
The only cons would be the lack of natural light and the noise from the fire station and the parks full of kids, which is not a huge issue if my balcony door is closed.

I have lived here for 3 years and love the location as well as the amenities. There are also a lot of places to eat in walking distance.
