Thank you for sharing your feedback. We understand your concerns, and we want you to know that Cortland Ballston is actively investing in the community and its amenities.

We recently completed a full upgrade of our fitness center, including all new… equipment such as a Smith machine, adjustable benches, leg press, kettlebells, free weights up to 80 lbs, new cardio machines, and more. We also added brand-new outdoor furniture and a terrace television, refreshed hallway flooring, repainted doors, updated lighting, and renovated the community restrooms. A new package room and large package locker were also added and freshly updated.

In the coming weeks, new furniture will arrive for all common areas, including the lobby and game room. A Bivi water dispenser will be installed outside the fitness center as well.

As part of the final phase of our renovation plan, the entire 15th floor will undergo a full remodel beginning in late October to early November. This will include expanded fitness spaces, new amenity areas, and an outdoor turf fitness zone.

Renovating a community of this size is a process, and we want to ensure each upgrade is done correctly and to the standards our residents deserve. We appreciate you being part of Cortland Ballston, and we look forward to showing you the full vision of the enhanced community you call home.

My name is Kevin, and I’m the new Senior Community Manager here at Cortland Ballston. I’m very sorry to hear about the concerns you’ve experienced, especially around building access, package management, and overall consistency in the… community. I understand how frustrating that can be, and I appreciate you taking the time to share your perspective.

I’m focused on improving the resident experience moving forward, including security, cleanliness, and day-to-day operations. Our package room was cleaned and reorganized today, including added storage for smaller packages to help keep things more orderly. We’ve also updated all of the courtyard furniture, and our fitness center is currently undergoing a full renovation to enhance the overall amenity experience. In addition, all exterior windows were professionally washed last week, and our lobby and office area are scheduled for renovation shortly.
