Renewal The renewal of our lease was very easy. Any questions we had were answered right away. We really enjoy living here and it's our 3rd year

Poor communication, slow response I am beginning to think that something is faulty with the Resident Portal.

It took two requests and over a week to get a light bulb changed in the breezeway overhead light, which made it a safety concern.

Also, I was overcharged about $250 in water/sewer charges because apparently my water meter was defective. I was told that a new one was ordered in April with no ETA. Now it suddenly is working, according to my latest rent statement - with now normal… water/sewer usage but without adjusting to overcharge.

I have submitted multiple messages to management through to portal which have never been acknowledged or responded to. No direct email addresses are offered that I can send my concerns to, and getting connected to the Rental Office is very hit or miss. As a resident I should be able to contact someone about being overbilled, and it shouldn't take over a week to resolve a dark dead end breezeway.

Great work Wash machine worked for one load then went back to rinse/spin cycle over and over. Will use it as it is until I can get a machine that works. If complex can't/won't fix I'll find a way. Thanks for all your help and support.

Move In Survey There was a lot of confusion and misunderstandings. Lack of communication from leasing office made the process difficult. Staff members are nice but hard to get a hold of. I call, no answer. Leave message, no return call. Write an email, I get no confirmation it was received.
