Six years ago I found that the original maintenance crew and office staff were very helpful, friendly without being obsequious. To my knowledge, only one of the rental staff remains, but I have no complaints about the current office crew.
Getting replacements or repairs done on the larger appliances was time consuming, but my own weird work schedule may have been a factor.

Sink The sink needs finishing touches. It should have a finishing seal not glue smear. Also was not told if things are 100% I ask because wood sticks holding it up.
I noticed the same with previous repair of ceiling in master bedroom. I should not have texture and a couple of spots of paste.

Great place to live I had a great experience living here. The community is clean, quiet, and well-maintained. The staff is friendly, responsive, and always helpful whenever needed. Maintenance requests were handled quickly, and the location is very convenient. Overall, I’m very satisfied and would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable home.

Nothing was fixed The ice maker is still missing from the refrigerator. The Microwave does not work and the wasp nest is still on the patio wall.
