Awful Front Office
First off, maintenance is great. Quick and helpful. The onboarding team seemed good too.
Front office is different. Having ongoing issues with a neighbor with a large subwoofer playing loud enough to vibrate photos on my wall. The walls are generally pretty thick and precious tenants made just about no noise which makes this new one even worse. Sent in a complaint and didn't get a response until a week later saying they had email issues (emails about food trucks and rent due got through... though) and asked if ongoing. I said yes and that was the end. Happened a few more times and sent a more formal complaint in and haven't heard from them.
The floors are lumpy somehow and walls have paint over outlets and flaking paint.
Avoid at all costs. You are paying a premium for nothing, don't let the clubhouse or "luxury" brand they label this to justify the price trick you.
