WOODSIDE IS THE BEST

Hello. My name is Joyce Nichols and I moved in to Woodside on April 19th 2025 I just want to let everyone know that Woodside is a fantastic development and what makes it so fantastic is the leasing representative whose name is Shauna Banks, she is just wonderful. She is helpful, professional kind and very patient. She will help you through all and every problem.
Just want to say that it has been so Rewarding dealing with Shauna.Thank you for having such a wonderful Leasing representative.She is... definitely an asset to your company Joyce Nichols.

Good location and staff


So far having a great experience! Have been here about a month, location is great, the team is very responsive, community is clean and customer service has been top notch! Definitely ask for Sofia - she’s great!

Quiet and peaceful community, Great staff


I’m absolutely satisfied with my leasing agent, Safia. She made all the leasing process so easy. She’s been very helpful, attentive, and responsive to my requests. The community is quiet and peaceful! That’s what I was looking for. I’m pleased with everyone in the leasing office. They are very friendly, and welcoming. I highly recommend this place.

Spacious apartment and helpful staff


For Sofia and the leasing team are amazing. Anytime I have an issue with my apartment Sofia responds fast and contacts the necessary personnel to fix my issues. She is very thorough and has a great personality. She has made my move and my living experience here wonderful. Also, the apartments are very spacious

Gorgeous apartment

I have lived at Woodside for just under three years, in a two bedroom apartment. It is very comfortable and quie, the view from my balcony is nice.The leasing office was responsive and helpful especially Safia, she’s quick to solve problems. The grounds are nice and I always feel at home.I recommend this place.
