Aquia Terrace

Sadly I feel the apartment living here has gone downhill in many areas. The pool no longer has a lifeguard staff to keep the pool clean or enforce the rules. The grounds people don’t take care of the trees or shrubs like they used to. Every time we get an office manager that is good Corporate moves them to another apartment complex whether they want to go or not they want to go or not. After living here for15 years they want to change the entire complex to nonsmoking not even on your patio.… I’m almost 80 years old and I can’t easily move or quit smoking!So many changes since I moved here and not for the better. Yet the rent for the longtime residents keeps going up. The maintenance crew is awesome and caring. I am glad to see they are monitoring cars for dead tags and disabled vehicles parked in residential spaces. Read More

Staff are friendly and responsive. A small number of the residents here are gross and try to make the area gross with trash and dog poop but the Staff work hard, and are quick to keep it clean. Maintenance request are handled promptly and the maintenance team are always quick to wave and say hello when they are out around the neighborhood. The apartments have high ceilings, with modern lighting fixtures, and nice private balconies. The only negative is some of the appliances are outdated. Clean safe, Neighborhood for families and kids. The pool is nice and I enjoy living here and will likely renew my lease. There's even a door-to-door trash pick up.

Mostly good experience living here so far. Apartments are nice, neighborhood is pretty quiet, neighbors themselves are friendly and lots of cute dogs. Emails from the office are not the friendliest and maintenance is not the most responsive.
