The leasing office staff and maintenance staff are very responsive. The apartment complex is nice and quiet. There are always community events happening that are really nice.

I like the community and the events held. The new trash valet is better than I anticipated. I have the most issue with maintenance issues not being truly resolved.

Aquia Terrace is a great place to live. The staff and maintenance workers are friendly and quick to respond to any issue. Any maintenance request I’ve had has always been resolved within the same day.
