Was Never Contacted I put in a simple maintenance request. I asked to be contacted prior to entry. I received zero contact attempts. I received an email from a “no reply” account stating they’ve been trying to contact me. I put a note in the app and email the property manager. Maintenance closed the ticket without attempting to contact me or resolving the issue.

Only after sending a second follow up email after the ticket was closed did I receive a reply from Kaytlynn who told me they called.… I have no missed calls and I have no voicemails. Good Value Good value for the quality of living for the cost. Good floor plans in a nice, quiet, and safe neighborhood. Good landscaping and maintenance. Staff are friendly and helpful.

I have lived in several different apartment complexes, some much nicer than this one, and NEVER have I had to pay Attorney Fees after being a week or two late on rent. A month? Sure. 2 weeks?! That's ridiculous. AND apparently, if you are late on rent, you can't use digital methods of payments. No e-checks via your bank or debit cards online.

On top of that, now there's a huge building right in front of the complex that I just found out is going to be a Storage Facility when parking near the… shops is already a nightmare... I thought this place was nice at first but now I honestly can't wait to leave.

The units themselves are great, everything else is awful. The pool is small, the gym is small, and there's like 2 or 3 dog waste bins throughout the entire community. Read More

NOT DESERVING OF ANY STARS!!!!!

This place is advertised as a luxury community, and there is nothing luxurious about it. I am current resident waiting for a house to be built. The office staff is just ok, nothing bad to say or good. Maintenance requests take forEVER to reconcile, there is no sense of urgency to address concerns about loud neighbors, or an advocate for residents who deal with neighbors who aren't responsible to clean up their pet waste all over the property. They have hidden… fees included in every cost associated with living there. There is a monthly building maintenance fee included with your rent which is supposed to go to upkeep of the property. It's been months since the breezeway has been power blown or siding pressure washed. The PARKING is HORRIBLE AF. You will walk the length of a continent before getting to your building unit. There is EXTREMELY HIGH TURNOVER with the office staff and maintenance staff. If you're looking for a affordable, quiet, conveniently located place to live. DON'T LOOK HERE! Read More
