I lived at this apartment complex for over 14 months, and my experience was deeply disappointing. The assistant property manager was unprofessional, fake, and dismissive, showing no genuine care for the residents. Despite contacting management about minor carpet damage caused by three small bleach spots near the washer and dryer, they refused to repair it and instead charged me for a full carpet replacement. When I contested this, they escalated the issue to collections without any attempt to... resolve it reasonably.

The apartments are overrated and overpriced. The walls are so thin you can hear your neighbors’ conversations clearly, especially at night, which made it difficult to relax or sleep. Package theft from the mailroom was a recurring issue, and management showed little to no concern for addressing or preventing it.

I would not recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable and supportive living environment. Don’t be carried away by the comments of those that moved in a week or so. I agree with the comments above. Management is the worst they just letting anyone in the building. Paying too much rent to be dealing with horrible management. They let everything slide and it’s annoying. Trash always an issue the cleaning ppl are mediocre and have an app you cant even communicate on. They do more monitoring the app than the building. It has potential but im pretty sure in less than a year this place will be horrible.

Viridium has so much potential to be an amazing place to live, however they don’t care about those who live here - but they do want the rent submitted on time! I’ve been here since Jan and I will be breaking my lease due to this place reminding me of a college campus. You will smell marijuana/cigarettes, you will hear everything your neighbors are doing (paper thin walls), and you will experience issues with using the trash/recycling chute being overflown.

Be advised when dealing with... management as they will tell you things are “under investigation” while you and your family inhale secondhand smoke or get woken up all hours of the night. Good luck those considering this complex, may your experience be better than mine. Read More
